Position Overview:
Plansrow LLC is a leading provider of 3D laser scanning, as-built condition documentation, BIM modeling, and GIS mapping services. We collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and developers to deliver accurate and efficient solutions for renovation projects and new constructions. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the AEC industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including architects, civil engineers, developers, and other stakeholders.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the AEC industry.
Strong understanding of 3D laser scanning, BIM modeling, and GIS mapping services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
